The Gap online store is split into departments; women, men, baby etc. and then into specific clothing items or sizes (such as small/tall).

The navigation works well and it is easy to locate the items you are looking for.

Why is it different to other stores online? We graded on originality, design, backgrounds, colors, style and innovation..

Gap’s site resembles an online catalog, with high quality photos and a broad range of styles and colors/sizes.

There are helpful touches, like the sizing chart, to help online shoppers determine the right item to buy.  There are also customer ratings and comments, as well as products details which include information on fabric and fit.

You can easily find what you are looking for on this site, as well as all the information you will need to make a purchasing decision

You can search for all branches or specialist stores, such as Gap Kids. You are given a list with address, phone contact, a link to a map and directions.  This information is fine but other stores, such as Walmart go the extra mile.
