This e-shopping site sell most things you could possible think of or ever need; electrical products, flowers, toys, pet food and even, literally, the kitchen sink.  The AOL e-shopping site has it all.

How large is the brand range on this site? Are we limited to a narrow selection of big name brands or does this site offer real consumer choice?.
The site had many well known brands but there were also areas of the site where some of the big names were missing.

Products had a good range of information provided in an easy to read format. Below each item was a list of sellers offering the product at different prices.

The AOL online store is generally well laid out and informative but rival sites offered more photo choices, customer reviews and additional features.  AOL needs to play catch up if they are to be serious competitors in this market.

There is a detailed FAQ page, ‘answer wizard’ and forum. However, there is no central help email or phone contact function which is a real shame.
