Bizrate is a shopping comparison site that claims to be an ‘industry leader in online store ratings and reviews’.  It collects over 25,000 customer reviews each day so customers can shop with confidence and trust. The Bizrate detailed store rating system is one of the most comprehensive and trusted on the web.  There are symbols next to each retailer giving an overall rating, clicking on this gives individual customer reviews and ratings. The site gives consumers confidence in trying out unknown stores or, conversely, warns them about potential pitfalls.
